Isolda Milenkovic

London-based animator Isolda Milenkovic specialises in mixed-media stop-motion, using unconventional materials and hand-crafted techniques to achieve her physical, patchwork practice. Isolda’s creations highlight the physical act and process of making, while celebrating analogue craftsmanship. In her film Warp and Weft, Isolda explores traditional textile practices and the preservation of manual labour, creating tactile animated narratives that honour human creation in an automated world.
