Louis Managh

Glasgow-based illustrator and animator Louis Managh combines texture, humour and nostalgia across his practice, manifesting in satisfyingly scratchy comic scenes and stop-motion animation. He draws inspiration from 1960s and 70s British children’s illustration – exploring themes of resourcefulness and childhood – alongside crafting sustainably made 2D animations using recycled paper scraps and found objects.
