Simply put, the photographer, who lives and works in Berlin, takes the kind of portraits you can’t force, and his work consistently stands apart from run-of-the-mill editorial shots. Beautiful portraits of artists, musicians and actors mostly taken in black and white for Playboy, Interview and L’Officiel Hommes, sit alongside commercial work for clients including Levi’s and Jil Sander.
