I don’t know if you’ve heard but the Olympics is happening in London this summer (I know –they’ve kept it under wraps!) and alongside the big celebration of sporty types there’s a cultural Olympiad that is assembling its own world-class talent. There’s plenty of highlights, but for now why not whet your appetite for new films from Mike Leigh and Lynne Ramsey, featuring a London family’s sporting obsessions and a poetic meditation on swimming respectively.
