This week, our sister company launches a guide for overcoming first-month fears at a new job, and an annual salary survey with the chance to win an array of goodies.

If You Could Jobs has launched an annual salary survey to gain insight into actual wages paid across the creative industry in the UK. Salary is such a recurring theme when talking to its audience, as well as being a heavily nuanced and personal topic. If You Could Jobs has created an easy to understand and accessible guide into what people are paid across different job roles, size of company, location, contract type and more.

If you are working in the creative industry in the UK, five minutes of your time will help us gain more insight to increase salary transparency. There is also an optional additional part of the survey that looks at slightly broader questions around salary.

All participants will also have the option to be entered into a special prize draw worth over £500: including a pair of AirPods, an annual subscription to Masterclass, an annual Tate membership and a £100 Cass Art voucher.
