Four out of five creatives have not received adequate mental health support at work, our Instagram poll reveals

This week If You Could Jobs is continuing to explore how to improve happiness at work in 2022.

Its latest insight report revealed the happiness and wellbeing of the survey participants were lower than the national average and anxiety levels were considerably higher. So If You Could Jobs asked its audience what they believe employers can do to best support the mental health and wellbeing of their employees. The Instagram story poll revealed that 81 per cent of the participants did not have a positive experience asking for help with their mental health at work, proving that mental health support in the creative industry is not where it needs to be.
