We’re hiring! It’s Nice That is looking for a creative lead to join our team

It’s Nice That is looking for a senior-level creative to join our team as creative lead, to oversee our vision and manage our internal creative team on editorial projects and brand partnerships as the company grows. This exciting role will have an overview across all It’s Nice That’s creative output, from our own projects such as Nicer Tuesdays, Ones to Watch, Review of the Year and our regular editorial commissioning, to brand partnerships and campaigns. The latter has recently seen us work with Mailchimp (on the All in a Day’s Work animated series), Apple (on the New World sessions) Spotify and Dropbox.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the creative industry, producing and delivering a variety of projects across a wide range of mediums. They will have experience of being able to push themselves and others creatively to achieve outstanding results. They will be required to be proactive, energised and organised, delivering large-scale creative projects they are excited about. They will be collaborating closely with It’s Nice That team members and our creative network.

The Creative Lead manages the creative team, currently made up of one senior creative, two midweights and one junior. The role will be required to manage, delegate, collaborate and support the growth of permanent creative team members as well as overseeing an ever-growing network of freelance creatives and collaborators.

The Lead Creative job role is currently in the senior band and we will look to develop the role into the Head-Of (Creative Director) role.
