Photographer Adrien Toubiana is an absolute master of still life

When we said that there was nothing that photographer Adrien Toubiana couldn’t do we really meant it. At the time you probably just thought we were making concessions for the guy purely because of his perfectly-composed nude shots, but here he is producing equally stunning editorial photography for a variety of publications and there’s not a trace of bare breast in sight. As we’ve come to expect from Adrien, the lighting, texture and composition of these images are spot on; all three elements uniting to striking effect. And although you’re just looking at pictures of trainers and some portable speakers you have to concede he’s mastered the art of transforming everyday objects into covetous articles of exceptional beauty.
