Graphic Design: Anagrama give Checklist the Wes Anderson treatment

Checklist are a company that specialise in custom event planning for milestone occasions; think birthdays, bar mitzvahs and big business blow-outs. Everything they do is bespoke and so, naturally, they needed an identity to reflect that. Along came Anagrama with a branding proposal that would look more than comfortable on the mahogany writing tables of a Wes Anderson protagonist – all Ivy League-inspired heraldry, simple but elegant sans serifs and the antiquated addition of a typewriter-style face. The colours also speak of a white collar all-American foppishness with a pastel-pink hint of femininity added to round things off beautifully. Do we like the work? Hell yes we do, which is why we’ve featured Anagrama on the site twice in the last four weeks. Keep it coming guys.
