Nicer Tuesdays London: Get tickets for Yinka Ilori, Daryn and Wonderhood Studios in November!
At November’s event in London, expect talks from multi-disciplinary artists, logo illustrators and the creatives behind some of the the UK’s best local community branding.
Tickets are now available for Nicer Tuesdays London, on 3 November at EartH Hackney, featuring another selection of brilliant creatives curated just for you!
We’ll be welcoming Yinka Ilori, a multi-disciplinary artist and designer whose bold visual language draws on his British-Nigerian heritage, Nigerian parables and verbal traditions through contemporary design. As well as that, we will be joined by Daryn (aka Daryn Roongrawewan), an illustrator and designer who doesn’t so much design logos but crafts “ornamental icons” for flower shops and art studios with elegant mark-making and animations.
Our stage will also be shared by Simon Elvins, head of art of design and Roy Barker, creative and design operations director, from Wonderhood Studios, the independent creative and advertising company based in London, who’ll be touching on local Soho community work, which has included brands for Sacred Grounds a church coffee shop, and the last school in Soho: Soho Parish Primary.
We are delighted to bring this event to you in partnership with Affinity and Cavalry by Canva. Affinity combines professional vector design, photo editing and page layout in one powerful app, while Cavalry covers 2D animation and motion design.
