Nobody cares more than a fan. Cultivating a community can be instrumental to the success of a musician, TV show, game or brand – a loyal, attentive audience, somewhat immune to the flippancy of changing trends and markets, in it for the long haul. But what role can design and creativity play in building a fandom, and (perhaps more importantly) keeping it alive?
